How do I withdraw my cancellation request? (ENG)
Para sa Taglish version ng article, basahin dito.
You can only withdraw a cancellation request if your order is waiting for approval from the seller.
⚠️ Note
This feature is only applicable for paid pre-order/s from local sellers.
Go to Me tab > To Pay or To Ship > select the order that you want to withdraw cancellation request > Withdraw Cancellation Request > Confirm.
You can only request cancellation once for every order. You would not be able to submit another request once you withdraw the cancellation request.
⚠️ Note • You can change your delivery address without canceling your order. • Manual cancellation is only applicable when the buyer and seller can no longer cancel the order within the app as the seller has arranged the order for shipment, but has not yet been picked up by the courier. |
